Privacy & Cookie Policy

This Policy sets out the obligations of Blue Sky Ceramics, a company registered in England under number 11796730, whose registered office is 15 High Street , Theale, Berkshire RG7 5AH  regarding data protection and the rights of employees, customers and potential customers (data subjects) in respect of their personal data under EU Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

The Company is fully committed to compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all other data protection legislation currently in force.   • ensure that personal information is not transferred outside the EU, to other countries or international organisations without an adequate level of protection

Insofar as we act as a data processor rather than a data controller, this policy shall not apply. Our legal obligations as a data processor are instead set out in the contract between us and the relevant data controller.
